HAAS GmbH delivers market-leading, turn-key, static wood recycling plant installations. Utilising the latest in processing technology, HAAS will plan, develop and install bespoke wood recycling plants to suit our customers' operational requirements.
Although these HAAS plants can be created to suit specific needs, a typical plant comprises a star-screen, hammermill, eddy current separator, oscillating deck screen and chain conveyors that transport and dispense the various finished fraction sizes into storage bays.
A key benefit of the HAAS wood recycling plants is the minimal and easy maintenance. Boasting robust build quality, these plants require comparatively little maintenance compared to a series of mobile plant producing the same finished products. The plants also allow customers to quickly change the specification of the wood chip being produced. The grates in the hammermill are easily accessible via a hydraulic opening, allowing a grate change to be completed by a single person. The screen media can also be changed within the oscillating deck screen within minutes, allowing flexibility over the specification of the finished products.
The plants are controlled from a single control panel which allows the user to determine which specification of the finished product is deposited into the desired storage bay.
HAAS plants also include dust extraction systems which remove dust from various sections of the plant, providing a cleaner working environment and avoiding product build-up that could cause a fire hazard.
The technical specification is specific to each bespoke plant.
