CRJ to demo new Morbark - 3200 Wood Hog Shredder at Lets Recycle Live

CRJ Services are very excited to be exhibiting and demonstrating our new Morbark — 3200 Wood Hog horizontal shredder at Lets Recycle Live next week (22nd and 23rd May 2019).

You will be able to watch the 'beast' shredding waste wood at various points throughout the two-day show, in the designated demonstration area. We also have a stand (V1) located in the demonstration area where you can come and speak with us about the Morbark machine and the rest of our hire fleet and machine sales portfolio.

The Morbark - 3200 Wood Hog - Horizontal Shredder 
 

The Morbark 3200 Wood Hog is aimed at wood and green waste applications, with logs up to a diameter of 36cm being shredded with ease.

Its live floor infeed system automatically pulls material towards the shredding chamber. The shredding chamber itself is a hammermill system, comprising of a heavy-duty rotor, 8 hammer retaining rods, with 18 balanced forged hammers, 18 double-edged inserts and 18 rakers.

The proven breakaway torque limiter driveline protection system protects against catastrophic damage from contaminants.
