Joe Symons is CRJ Services’ in-house trainer with 11 years of hands-on experience across forestry, recycling, and waste management machinery. Starting as a workshop engineer, Joe progressed through mobile engineering, nationwide breakdown support, machine operation, technical support, and engineer planning, before becoming Product Manager, liaising directly with manufacturers and supporting CRJ’s operational teams.
Recently qualified as an NPORS Instructor, Joe delivers internal and external training grounded in real-world site conditions, with a strong focus on safe working practices, legal compliance, and efficient machine operation. His practical, experience-led approach ensures operators understand not just how to use equipment, but why correct procedures matter in demanding working environments.
