CRJ Support delivers industry-leading equipment support to both our hire and sales customers, across the whole of the UK and Ireland.
The CRJ Support team is made up of OEM-trained, expert engineers who hold a wealth of experience and knowledge of waste management, recycling and forestry machinery.
Our engineers are supported by our CRJ Support service desk who are on hand to respond to your equipment breakdown and servicing requirements.
CRJ Services operates a team of field engineers who are strategically located around the UK and Ireland as well as multiple workshop teams, based at our headquarters.
Minimising the risk of equipment downtime
By insisting on top-of-the-range equipment and by adhering to OEM servicing and maintenance standards, we do our very best to minimise the risk of equipment downtime. However, if a problem does arise, you’ll find we are very responsive and quick to rectify your issue.
We’ll have an engineer to you in a fully equipped service vehicle the same day in most cases, or within 24 hours. They’ll carry out repairs fast to get you back up and running.
We carry a vast supply of spares for our machines so we can complete repairs without delay. However, if there is an issue that can’t be fixed quickly, we may provide emergency cover with replacement machines to ensure your operation can continue.
Bespoke Servicing Agreements
To keep your machine in optimum condition, and performing to its maximum, it needs to be serviced at regular intervals, in line with OEM recommendations.
CRJ Support has experience in the servicing of many types of material processing, waste management and forestry equipment. We can create bespoke servicing plans and schedules to fit your operational requirements, ensuring there is minimal disruption to your operation.

Breakdown Response
Most faults, we find, can be diagnosed remotely by our service desk team and repaired by our team of field support engineers. Our field team are stocked with the parts and tooling required to respond to your repair needs, fast.
If a repair means your machine is out of operation for an extended period of time, you can reply on CRJ Services to provide you with a like machine to ensure your operation can continue.
