• Power and mobility: The Pronar MPB 18.47g is a great choice if you need a compact but strong machine for separating and processing a wide range of materials, from compost to construction waste. Whereas the MPB 20.55gh and 20.72g are larger screeners designed for processing tough jobs that require consistent performance and efficiency, without the fear of breaking down. All models are available with either tracked or wheeled chassis configurations.
• Maintenance made easy: The engine and hydraulic pump unit is on a tilting/hinged trolley, expertly placed due to Pronar’s hinged frame design. This allows our engineers to reach all major service parts, such as the motor unit, hydraulic system, hopper, drive unit and drum, from the ground. Performing daily maintenance checks couldn’t be easier with the simple wide opening covers, without needing any high platforms or special tools.

• Quick screen changes: All MPB models feature drums that can be replaced without removing machine parts. The drums are available in different thicknesses and mesh size, including round and square, allowing you to tailor the drum according to your operational needs.
• Machine optimisation: Variable belt speed allows operators to fine-tune material feed rates for specific materials, from green waste to C&D aggregates, optimising both throughput and screening quality. Maximum drum rotation speeds range from 19-25 RPM depending on model, providing reliable processing across diverse applications.
• Drum compatibility: Pronar drums feature a universal design and operational platform, with select models offering cross-manufacturer drum compatibility. This flexibility reduces spare parts inventory requirements and simplifies fleet management for operators running mixed equipment.
