Mobile Separation

Equipped with crawler tracks, an onboard 65 kW diesel generator, and a hydraulic power pack, the ECS 1500 enables fully mobile, self-powered deployment on-site. Its design allows it to be transported on a low-loader without needing permits, making logistical handling smooth and hassle-free.

Efficient Sorting

The machine features a horizontal vibratory feeder with low in-feed height, a Rare Earth Drum for ferrous capture, and a 1500 mm wide Master Magnets ECS belt to separate non-ferrous materials. Capable of processing up to 25 tonnes per hour depending on input density, it achieves high-yield separation in a compact unit.

Onboard Support

It includes built-in conveniences like an air compressor for cleaning, onboard working lights, adjustable speed controls for the ECS rotor and belt, and three hydraulic folding discharge conveyors. These integrated systems ensure efficient operation, easy maintenance, and flexible material discharge.
