Our Kiverco PS122 picking stations are double sided, two bay stations, suited to a range of applications and come complete with their own power supply in order to be truly mobile.
Packed with all the latest safety features and fulfilling industry-leading standards, our mobile picking stations can house up to 40 yard roll on/off containers underneath, ensuring a clean and tidy work area. In addition, overband magnets are available to remove ferrous metals from the waste stream easily and efficiently. We can also supply units that use air separation technology to remove light contaminants. Light fractions such as paper and plastic are separated at the feed-in area through a high powered blower, complete with an adjustable air knife. Heavier fractions then travel up the variable speed 1200mm wide belt, into the picking station where the contaminants are picked and deposited into containers.
Your mobile picking station operators can control the speed of the belt. This maximizes throughput while maintaining efficient reclaiming of materials. The operative’s work area is enclosed, meaning the picking station can be placed outside for ease of use, eliminating the need for a building to house the machine.

The PS 122 can be set up and ready for operation in under one hour without the need for cranes, thanks to its hydraulic jack-leg support system. This quick deployment drastically cuts downtime and gets your sorting line up and running faster.
Operator-Friendly Cabin
Featuring a fully insulated and enclosed cabin with low-energy lighting, optional heating or cooling systems, and emergency pull cords along the length of the conveyor, the PS 122 provides a safe and comfortable working environment—even in harsh conditions.
Integrated Sorting Aids
Equipped with optional features like windshifter for fine separation, magnetic belts for ferrous removal, and adjustable belt speed for optimized picking, the PS 122 enables clean material recovery across multiple waste streams.
