The JENZ HEM 922 DL is a high-performance mobile chipper engineered for maximum throughput, durability, and precision in large-scale biomass and wood processing operations. Equipped with a CAT C18 Stage V engine producing 812 HP (597 kW) and a maximum torque of 3,655 Nm, the HEM 922 DL combines immense power with advanced efficiency features. Its infeed system incorporates aggressive draw-in rollers, hydraulic lifting, and a wide 1,200 mm x 900 mm feed aperture, ensuring reliable handling of logs, branches, and bulky green waste. The Chipper Feed Assistant (CFA) and Smart-Dip functions automatically optimize intake speed and roller pressure, guaranteeing consistent chip quality across G30, G50, and G100 classes.
