The JENZ BA 1026 D Tiger is the most powerful biomass processor in the JENZ range, designed for high-volume waste wood, green waste, bark and root processing applications. Powered by an 812hp CAT C18 Stage V engine and equipped with JENZ’s proven TwinGear system, the BA 1026 D delivers exceptional throughput while allowing operators to optimise performance for different materials.

Featuring a massive 9m³ hopper, a large 1,620mm x 960mm feed opening and a low loading height of just 2.3m, the BA 1026 D is built for efficient material handling and maximum productivity. Throughput can exceed 450m³ per hour in waste wood applications, making it the highest-capacity shredder in the JENZ product portfolio.

The machine can be configured with free-swinging or fixed hammers to suit different material streams and includes JENZ’s Foreign Material Identification System, helping to protect the machine from damage caused by contaminants. Mounted on a robust D4 crawler undercarriage and weighing approximately 32 tonnes, the BA 1026 D combines stability, durability and smooth operation in the most demanding environments.

With advanced features including JENZ Telematics, automatic feed control and remote operation, the BA 1026 D Tiger sets a new benchmark for high-performance biomass processing.
