The HAAS TYRON 2500 QC stands as the most robust model in the HAAS TYRON series, featuring a 2.5-meter shredding chamber and a formidable 770 HP (566 kW) Scania DC16 engine. This twin-shaft, slow-speed shredder is engineered to handle a wide array of materials, including biomass, commercial and industrial waste, household waste, mattresses, metals, organic waste, paper and cardboard, plastics, skip waste, tree roots, tyres, and wood.
A standout feature is its independently driven shafts, allowing operators to adjust rotation speed and direction for precise control over output size. This design also mitigates the risk of material wrapping, reducing downtime and maintenance needs. The shredder offers preset programs tailored for wood, general waste, and organic waste, along with a customizable setting to suit specific operational requirements.
The 2500 QC incorporates the HAAS Telematics online monitoring system, enabling real-time tracking of performance metrics and geographical data. Operators can set up alerts for specific triggers, facilitating proactive maintenance and efficient operation.

Fitted with twin 2.5-metre-long shredding shafts, the machine offers a large shredding surface area to handle high volumes of material with ease. The extended shaft length improves material intake and throughput, contributing to greater efficiency and a uniform shred size.
Magnet Belt
The magnet belt efficiently separates ferrous metals from shredded material, ensuring cleaner output and improved material quality. Integrated into the discharge conveyor, it provides continuous, reliable metal extraction to protect downstream equipment and enhance recycling efficiency.
