The HAAS TYRON 2000 E XL 2.0 is an industry-leading, stationary electric pre-shredder engineered for the effective processing of diverse waste streams, including commercial and industrial waste, mattresses, paper and cardboard, tree roots, tyres, and wood.

Equipped with twin independently driven shredding shafts, the TYRON 2000 E XL 2.0 provides enhanced control and consistency in shred size. This configuration allows for the processing of different materials using a single tool setup, reducing downtime and maintenance costs. The machine boasts a high throughput capacity of up to 60 tonnes per hour, making it suitable for high-volume operations.

Maintenance is streamlined with the maintenance platforms for easy access to all aspects of the shredder and ground-level access to the shredding chamber, eliminating the need for personnel to enter confined spaces. Additionally, a separate power pack can be installed away from the shredder, offering flexibility in plant layout.

The TYRON 2000 E XL 2.0 is also equipped with the Haas Telematics online monitoring system, enabling real-time tracking of machine performance and geographical data. Operators can set up alerts for specific triggers, facilitating proactive maintenance and operational efficiency.

The TYRON 2000 E XL 2.0 is powered by two robust 132 kW electric motors, delivering a combined 264 kW of consistent, energy-efficient drive power. This high-performance motor setup ensures powerful torque and reliable shredding performance, even with tough and bulky materials.

2m shaft

Fitted with twin 2-metre-long shredding shafts, the machine offers a large shredding surface area to handle high volumes of material with ease. The extended shaft length improves material intake and throughput, contributing to greater efficiency and a uniform shred size.
