The HAAS TYRON 1500-E XL QC is the flagship electric model in the Tyron series, purpose-built for high-volume waste processing applications. Featuring extended shredding shafts and twin 110kW electric motors, the shredder combines power and efficiency to handle tough materials such as bulky waste, wood, green waste, industrial and commercial waste, and more.

The “XL” denotes its extra-long shredding chamber, which enhances intake capacity and material flow, ideal for operations requiring continuous, high-throughput performance. Its electric drive offers consistent torque with significantly reduced noise, emissions, and operational costs when compared to traditional diesel machines.

With independently controlled shafts, operators can fine-tune rotation speed and direction to optimise shredding for different materials, reducing blockages and increasing overall efficiency. Independent Shafts
