The HAAS Tyron 1500 2.0 is a compact yet powerful twin-shaft slow-speed shredder, designed for versatile waste processing with high throughput and minimal downtime.

It stands as the most compact model in the Tyron series, equipped with a 1.5-meter shredding chamber. Its independently driven twin-shaft system allows operators to adjust shaft rotation speed and direction, optimizing output size and ensuring consistent shredding performance. This flexibility enables the machine to handle a diverse range of materials, including commercial and industrial waste, construction debris, and organic matter.

Designed for mobility, the Tyron 1500 2.0 features crawler tracks and a radio remote control, facilitating easy positioning across various sites. Its robust construction ensures resistance against foreign objects, while the self-cleaning mechanism prevents wrapping of long fibrous materials, reducing maintenance downtime.

Operators benefit from the integrated HAAS Telematics online monitoring system, which provides real-time tracking of machine performance and geographical data, enhancing operational efficiency and proactive maintenance planning.

Tracked or Static Options

To suit a variety of site requirements, the Tyron 1500 2.0 is available in both tracked and static configurations. The tracked version offers excellent mobility for on-site repositioning via remote control, while the static unit is ideal for fixed installations or recycling centres where a permanent shredding solution is required.

Independent Shafts

The machine features independently driven shafts, allowing operators to adjust the speed, direction, and torque of each shaft separately. This flexibility improves shredding efficiency across varying material types and helps prevent blockages and wrapping, especially when dealing with tough or fibrous waste streams.
