Bruce Wash Pod

The Bruce Wash Pod is a fully containerised, high-performance modular wash system designed to deliver efficient scrubbing, screening, sand washing, dewatering, and separation – all within one compact, mobile unit. Housed in two 40ft hi-cube containers, the Wash Pod is ideal for contractors, recyclers, and processors operating in space-constrained or remote environments where rapid deployment and high throughput are essential.

Despite its compact size, the Bruce Wash Pod delivers powerful processing capabilities, making it one of the smallest fully functional wash plants in its class. It can produce up to three grades of washed aggregate and a clean sand product, with moisture levels below 14%, offering reliable output across a wide range of materials.

Thanks to its container twist-lock system and integrated design, the Wash Pod can be quickly installed with minimal groundwork or disruption. The fully contained layout allows for fast mobilisation between sites, reducing downtime and installation costs.

The Bruce Wash Pod features an internal water management system, including clean, dirty, and sand water tanks, along with a self-regulating sump and integrated control panel. It’s a closed-loop system engineered for efficient, environmentally responsible operation.

Key components include a twin-shaft log washer for intensive material scrubbing, a multi-deck washing screen (available in single, double, or triple deck configurations), a trash screen to remove organic or lightweight waste, and a sand plant with cyclones, dewatering screen and integrated pump. Galvanised walkways and Hardox-lined wear parts enhance durability and ease of maintenance, making the Bruce Wash Pod a practical solution for high-performance washing in a compact footprint.
