The Bruce BWS Sand Plant is engineered to deliver high-performance sand processing with an emphasis on maximising fines recovery and producing premium quality dewatered sand products. Designed for sand and gravel operations as well as washed aggregate production, the system utilises advanced hydrocyclone technology combined with centrifugal slurry pumps to efficiently separate fine particles, ensuring optimal recovery rates and material quality.

Built with durability in mind, the BWS features rubber-lined slurry pumps, wear-resistant Hardox® components, and a high-frequency dewatering screen with polyurethane media and sidewall protection to reduce moisture content effectively. Its flexible design allows for the production of one or two grades of material, with adjustable chutes and diverter plates that blend coarse and fine products to meet specific project needs.

Available in multiple capacities ranging from 40 to 200 tonnes per hour, the Bruce BWS also offers mobile configurations for ease of transport and deployment on-site. The fully automated electrical control panel and self-regulating pump system simplify operation, while optional extras like dual wash plants, spray bars, and stockpile conveyors enhance versatility. This makes the BWS an ideal solution for a wide range of sand processing applications, from fines recovery to washed aggregates.

Flexible output

Adjustable chutes and diverter plates enable the production of one or two grades of material. This flexibility allows operators to tailor the output to meet specific project requirements efficiently.

Durable build

The BWS is built with rubber-lined slurry pumps and Hardox® wear parts to withstand heavy-duty use and abrasion. This robust construction extends the lifespan of the plant, reducing downtime and maintenance costs.
