A HAAS TYRON 2000 XL Quick Change Delivered to BWS Waste Management

CRJ has supplied a HAAS TYRON 2000 XL QC to BWS Waste Management in Leeds, marking the start of a new working relationship with the business. The investment was driven by the need for minimising maintenance downtime and improving long term operational efficiency.

BWS Waste Management is a Leeds-based waste management business providing reliable, high-throughput solutions for commercial and industrial customers across the region. Operating in a demanding environment where uptime, consistency, and operational efficiency are critical, BWS continues to invest in equipment that supports long-term performance while keeping disruption on site to a minimum.

As material volumes increase and processing demands evolve, BWS identified the need for a heavy-duty shredder capable of handling tough applications while remaining serviceable and dependable over its working life. High-throughput waste processing places significant wear on shredding components. Traditionally, major maintenance tasks such as shaft changes or chamber work have meant extended downtime, and lost production.
