The Kentek 620S is a fully electric-driven trommel that offers lower CO₂ emissions compared to traditional diesel-powered alternatives.

Challenge

A large scale waste management facility required a reliable and efficient machine for screening black bag waste, with the goal of extracting the sub 40mm fraction for further processing, allowing the +40mm material to be baled for onward handling and recycling.

The site operates in a demanding environment, processing high volumes of mixed municipal waste daily. Their key challenges included:
