CRJ Services Gain ‘Investors in People – Silver’ Accreditation

CRJ Services is delighted to announce that, following a rigorous assessment process, we have been awarded the ‘We invest in people – Silver accreditation’ from Investors in People.

Achieving the IIP Silver accreditation recognises our highly empowered workforce, supportive management, and an embedded commitment to develop our people. This accreditation means that the right principles are in place but more than that, it means people and leaders are making an active effort to ensure there’s real consistency and everyone in the organisation is feeling the benefit.

Hayley Allen – Investors in People Assessor stated: ‘Achieving IIP Silver accreditation is an amazing achievement something that only 20% of organisations achieve. This award recognises CRJ’s commitment to investing in its people. Through the assessment process it was evident that a significant amount of effort had been put into improving people management practices and recognising people’s contribution to make CRJ a great place to work’.

As part of the investment, CRJ Services brought in People Puzzles to audit and advise on how to improve the employee experience.
