JENZ BA 916 D

Having successfully operated a JENZ BA 915 for around six years, Hills already knew the durability and reliability of the brand. That experience made the move to the BA 916 D a natural progression.

With throughput of up to 72 tonnes per hour, increased engine power and improved operator technology, the BA 916 D delivers efficient green waste processing while producing well-formed windrows that reduce additional material handling.

New features, including the easyprotect replaceable first wedge and enhanced remote-control system, reduce maintenance time and improve productivity.

HAAS TYRON 2000 XL

To support its municipal waste operation, Hills invested in the HAAS TYRON 2000 XL.

Its powerful twin-shaft design processes challenging mixed waste streams with consistent performance, providing the robust primary shredding capability required for demanding applications.

Pronar MPB 20.72

Completing the processing line is the Pronar MPB 20.72 trommel screen.

Working downstream of the JENZ, it screens composted material into a consistent, high-quality product while maintaining the throughput needed for a busy composting operation.

Together, the three machines create a complete processing solution covering shredding, waste reduction and final screening.
